Do my support hours roll over?
Support hours are provided on a “use it or lose it” basis.
While you have the hours, take advantage, they can be used for most anything. That’s a good deal.
I just signed up, now what?
Someone from our team will reach out to connect with you. We will need access to your wordpress instance to pull the site onto one of our servers.
If your website is not currently on WordPress, we will address that on a zoom call and get the details we need to move your site over.
